Beautiful Wall Pieces - Great Company Communication
Initially after my first purchase I received a product I wasn’t very thrilled about. After posting a review the company immediately reached out to me, wanting to fix things. They explained that I had unfortunately received a piece I shouldn’t have (which explains why I wasn’t in love with the initial product) and they wanted to make it right. After messaging with the company they went out of their way to apologize and correct the mistake. The team sent me additional pieces at no extra cost and they made sure that I was happy with the product. They took the time to message with me and describe the process of how the pieces are made and are all 100% unique. They were very kind and quick to make things better. I will admit I was bummed in the beginning, but after all their communication and willingness to make me enjoy their product I’m really glad I bought this product. The new pieces are very beautiful and will make a great addition to my plant room. I applaud this company for how they handled a mistake and that they took ownership and wanted to make things right. So, If you’re looking for a natural and unique piece of art for your wall, I would highly recommend getting one of these for your space. The wood grains are beautiful and the contrast of the greens in the moss are very pleasing to they eye. I’m very glad I bought this piece. Good quality product, each panel has a very unique look and composition of materials
I wasn’t thrilled about these when I received them because the moss pattern on one panel is very sparse. I ended up staining them to match my furniture. Though, and I’m much happier with the end result.Hanging the frames is a little tricky, but as long as you have a tape measure and level you’ll be able to hang them well.
