Minor flaws

The bottom of the mounting bar is several layers of exposed reflective foil. I guess it could be for insulation, but it looks cheap.The handles are just kind of crammed in with the blinds. There’s not really a place for them. Uncomfortable to install and also looks cheap. They’re also just awkward handles.The “cell” material is delicate and it makes me nervous to live with them.Keeping the upper bar level is done manually and is a bit of a hassle.The wall brackets are less substantial than the ones I replaced. They hold the shade about a centimeter from the mounting surface and prevent it from resting flush on the window frame with an outside mount.They made an awful screeching at first, but it’s gotten better. They are not quiet blinds.I’m happy with them. No light can pass thru the blind material. They work well to block streetlights on my face without covering the sky.

Stopped working after a month

After about a month of installation of these blinds (too late to return of course), one of them just stopped raising all the way, leaving about 5" of space at the top where the blind won't reach. Tried to get assistance, but the seller only offers pre-set question/answers and none of those directions help with this issue. Super disappointing.
