Sent me a used product. It was missing an anchor, star, string, and I can tell that the star was once attached to the tree topper, but fell off. It sucks getting a used, incomplete product. I had planned on decorating the tree with the kids today, but looks like it's going to be a day for JB weld instead. Bummer...
