There was a delivery issue, but it was resolved immediately. The customer service was outstanding the company personally contacted me and clearly explained the solution in detail. I was able to install the blinds easily, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you for the excellent service and a quality product.
Company stands behind the product. These are custom blinds and need to be ordered with the exact size. I screwed up and entered the wrong dimension. Contacted the company and they were a pleasure to work with to get the issue resolved.Easy to install and charge and looks great when completed. Highly recommended
So far they have been easy to set up and use. The blackout part does block the light really well. The part that filters the light does a good job of providing privacy while letting a lot of light through. I ordered them big enough to fit the outside of the window and i'm glad I did because they block a little extra light on the sides. Not sure.If they're totally worth, the money, will find out in the long run. If they last. They look really high and and so far.Function as well as they should.

Not level when installed properly. Brand new house level window but the blinds sit off to the side. Missing parts too.
the measurements came back on shades perfect. easy to put up. i would buy from this manufacture again.
Very nice blinds that allow flexibility. Easy to install and remote works well. Had to wait on remote battery as it wasn’t included before I could test.
