Cheap mechanism remedied by awesome customer service

My initial review was not very good. The clock mechanism failed on us within 5 months and each week, the time lost 5-10 minutes. However, the clock does look really good especially if you have dark burnt ash colored furniture. As a result, I made my first ever attempt on Amazon to contact the seller to see if we could remedy the situation. To my surprise, within 15-30 minutes, they went ahead and took care of the issue by sending a replacement clock. Hopefully, this one won't malfunction. I am very pleased with how the seller handled the situation.

Clock does not work, Company does not help

I bought this clock in August and it never did keep time. Changed out the battery many times... Contacted customer service and asked for a replacement. Was told to contact Amazon customer support. Now I am in a "Chat-bot Loop" with both and cannot get anywhere. I just want this beautiful clock to work! Please help!
