Thought-provoking simple yet beautiful piece for display
I recently got a lighted shelving unit, and because of my apartment size and nowhere to put knick knacks I realized I don't have much anymore. I got these and when I looked at the listing and saw the size of them I thought it would be perfect to place one of them on the shelf. I received it the other day and I'm highly pleased with the way it looks. It is the perfect size, it is simple yet modern and if I can never get my apartment organized, this will be one item that is key to having a place that's well decorated. I see myself displaying this piece for many many years to come. When looking at it I can think about the design of it and some of the deeper meanings whether intentional or unintentional in this sculpture. I've been going through some emotional struggles recently and looking at it and seeing the person thinking obviously is there - but I also see the person who's sitting there thinking is also experiencing some emptiness inside when I see the open space in the middle. It provokes some profound thoughts but not in a bad way at all. It really just represents human Nature. It isn't too heavy it sits nice and sturdy and does not seem like something my cat's going to knock right over which is also a plus in my household. I'm overall quite pleased with this item
