These curtain rods are a little more expensive than others we were considering but after using these for several of our windows, we’ve found them to be totally worth the extra money. First, they are metal rods and metal brackets. Everything is very sturdy and because you choose your length, there is no transition in the bracket like the other adjustable options. This helps the drapes slide smoothly. We’ll continue to buy these for our windows because they look great and they’ll last.

I purchased this rod in addition to a double rod set and matching rings. The quality and gold color are great. What I didn’t love is that the double set came with a one piece, solid bracket that was easy to install but the single rod bracket is three pieces (excluding the mount). The base cover, post and hook are separate and only attached with a small eye screws. This made the assembly to the base somewhat difficult to tighten but I figured it out . I’m also concerned about the weight bearing as the whole thing seems to rely on the small eye screws. I used anchors and all seems well with light weight curtains. On one set of my rods I used a pipe cutter to customize the length and it cut cleanly and the end cap went on without issue. I appreciate that they have options if you are trying to match rods for multiple installations in your space. Overall I am happy with the finished product.
Great quality and it elevated the look in our bathroom. They are sturdy and made very well. We changed all of our fixtures from silver to antique gold.
I want about 5 more of these rods! They are STUNNING! I did order additional brass rings to upgrade the look of our pleated panels.
