Great Quality

These mirrors are excellent quality. The packaging is outstanding. They are foam protected all the way around, covered with a protective film, have hard plastic corner protectors, and metal bracing inside the box to keep it from being crushed. You can't get better shipping protection. The glass is just the right thickness. It's not so thin as to be flimsy but thick enough to where it doesn't flex. It's fairly light weight and the anchors provided are sufficient to safely hold up the product. The mounting system is outstanding. Brackets are already glued to the back of the mirror and allow it to be mounted vertically or horizontally. I ordered two mirrors and the measurements for the brackets were exactly the same as they should be. The part of the bracket that attaches to the wall has a built-in level which makes marking the holes for the wall anchors a breeze. Another great feature is the bracket attached to the mirror just hangs on the wall bracket and you can adjust the mirror from side to side without having to tighten or loosen anything. Soft rubber pads are provided to cushion the bottom of the mirror where it touches the wall. This makes the mirror equidistant from the wall top to bottom and provides just enough edge definition for an elegant appearance. I highly recommend everything about these mirrors and will use this company in the future if the need arises.

Outstanding quality and easy to install correctly

The downside was waiting 3 weeks for the item to be shipped and delivered, only to have it disappear in transit and have to be reordered. That sucked. But the reorder took just 2 days to arrive. Go figure. Mirror is great and not too heavy to handle, considering its size. Really easy to install, with a built-in level: very cool. It does take 2 guys to lift it into place.

Adhesive on factory-installed mounting bracket failed, mirror broke.

The mirror was great for about 8 months. Easy to install, fits well and close to the wall. However, this is a frameless mirror and the mounting cleat, which is attached to the back with double-sided tape and hot glue, detached from the back surface of the mirror, which then fell onto the bathroom countertop. The mirror cracked and had to be discarded. Fortunately, the mirror has a backing liner that held all the glass fragments together, so it did not make a mess.
