This is a very cute, motivational trinket that doesn’t take up much desk space. My wife loves these guys, and (since they aren’t expensive) makes a great, little gift. The quality on this one is better than most I’ve seen (not a lot of hot glue strands all over it), but it seems incomplete without a plastic stand to support it. You have to prop it up with something, but otherwise, it is lovely.
This crochet pizza slice is adorable, and I love it. The stuffing is dense enough that it will not collapse when you handle it, and the colors are vibrant and eye catching. The stitching is clean, the quality feels solid, and the design is really cute. The saying, “Life is short, have an extra slice of pizza,” is easy to read with a clear font and a good letter size. There are no snags or pulls anywhere on mine.The only thing I wish were different is the bottom. It is somewhat flat, but not flat enough for it to stand on its own. I would have loved to display it upright, but now I need to figure out a way to prop it up without constantly adjusting it. It is not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.I do like that it came with its own bag. It makes it easy to carry or store without worrying about it snagging on anything. I would say this product is suitable for any age as the pieces are secure and something cute that anyone can carry around. Overall, it is very cute, well made, and funny. I just need to get creative about where to put it so people can actually see it.
This hangs from a small loop off the side of my monitor at work. The pizza slice shape is well-defined with a brown crust rim, yellow body, and small red pepperoni circles stitched on in the right spots. The yarn is dense with consistent loops and the stuffing holds the triangular shape firmly without sagging. The bead eyes are secured tightly and the embroidered smile is clean and even. The card it holds reads "Time is money, money is power, power is pizza, pizza is knowledge" — it got a solid laugh from a few coworkers who picked it up off my desk. The whole thing fits in one hand and has a nice weight to it, not flimsy. No loose threads or thin patches anywhere on it. It comes in a sheer drawstring bag if you want to give it as a gift. The loop at the top is sturdy enough to hang without worrying about it dropping. Good desk piece for someone who appreciates food humor without it being too loud or distracting in a workspace.
