Cute, but seems delicate.
I'm giving this one 4 stars because, while it is precious, I'm a little underwhelmed by its "durability". Allow me to explain.I had seen in the listing that this "stone" was made of "durable resin", which you figure means its quite tough and probably solid all the way through. However, as soon as you pick it up, it is very light and obviously hollow. If you simply knock on the front or back of it, you can tell that the resin isnt thick at all, and frankly if someone accidentally steps on it, you just know its going to crack. Its hard to explain it, but I've had several garden decor items in past made of similar thickness resin, and they didnt last very long/eventually ended up breaking.Beyond that, if its going to be in a place where no one will accidentally step on it, then it is a pretty little yard ornament. We recently lost our young cat due to a sudden feline heart attack. She was laid to rest out back, and we plan to place the marble name marker over the spot in the spring once the ground settles a bit more, and place this to the side of it, once we landscape that spot.The saying and pictagrams are very cute and touching. I'm not sure how long this will last in the sun though as the paint is very light. It definitely seems waterproof though so we are not worried about that.If youre looking for a simple memorial peice to place somewhere such as a protected garden bed, this is a good idea. But if the area is not protected where even a child may accidentally step on it, I would go with something a little more sturdy.

Definitely made with a sturdy resin which should hold up to outdoor weather conditions for some time. Very thick and stone like. The few things that are painted are not very well done though. The cardinal is not completely painted and they went a bit outside the lines on the butterfly and some of the text. It is on the small side, but fully understood the dimensions when I ordered, so no problem there really. And really the price is unbeatable.Otherwise, a cute and thoughtful marker to celebrate your cat's memory.

This cemetery stone was so detailed and beautifully designed. I love that it is waterproof so will not fade from getting rained on. Easy to clean material with the most precious saying that warms the heart. I got this for my brother and every time I read it, I find myself smiling. There were different designs to choose from all equally as special as this one and it was so lightweight making it easy to clean and carry.
