Perfect Beige Linen Color

Needed some curtains to compliment a beige/linen ottoman at the end of our bed. The dimensions are correct and the color is great. In my photos, I’m showing the beige color compared to the white in my shirt. Simple yet good set of curtain panels

These curtains are great as they allow a good amount of daylight to shine through while still being dense enough to provide a sense of privacy. With the curtains closed I can barely makeout any figures through the panels and the same goes for when you're on the outside looking in. I do have them installed on a standard size window so know that the transparency effect may be different on a larger window or screen door as I do have my panels slightly bunched together. These curtains also hold up well when the time came to take them down and throw them in the wash. The panels color became slightly brighter and thankfully there been no issues with shrinkage, nor have I had any issues with loose threads or tears after a good wash/dry cycle. As hard as it is to find good curtains at 63"L, these are some of the best I've come across. The quality, feel, and color were better than expected for sure. I'd definitely recommend giving this set of panels a shot.

Better Than Expected

Truly, I did not expect the Melodieux curtains to be very good quality because they are pretty inexpensive for a long pair of curtains. I am delighted to have been proven wrong. I have a fairly expensive similar pair of curtains I am comparing these to and that I needed to replace due to yellowing of the fabric. Since those went kaput within just a couple of years I wasn't very anxious to spend a bunch of money on curtains again.These curtains are what I would call a loose weave linen. My other curtains had a tighter weave to the linen which filtered out a little more light. I like that these are looser and allow in more light while still retaining privacy. If I didn't have the other curtains for comparison, I would not have noticed the looser weave.Knowing that, there is nothing lacking quality about the fabric. There are no holes or pulls, the weave is even, the fabric is all a uniform white. If you weren't the one who purchased these and didn't KNOW they aren't actual linen, you wouldn't know. Additionally, the seams are stitched neatly and straight and there are no hanging threads.All I had to do on receiving these curtains was put them in the dryer and fluff them up a bit to get rid of the fold marks, and they were ready to hang!

nice casual semi-sheer curtains

We're looking for curtains for our living room. We just repainted and the old curtains had to go. I got this pair of "burlap linen" curtains from Melodieux. We got the 84 inch version in light grey.These are nice. They're modestly sheer. It lets us see out pretty well and is less visible from a distance on the outside. The rod pockets are a little narrow. We have some large curtain rods and these are a little snug on them. The fabric has a nice texture and has a variety of thread colors woven in, from almost white to dark grey.The components aren't listed, but they state cold wash and tumble dry are okay.We may get 2 more sets to do the other windows. We're not sure. They're good, my wife is just trying to decide about whether to do a darker color for more contrast.
