Unique shelving
I like the look and function of these shelves. They are a nice touch in my office for displaying some of my collectables.

I wanted a simple set of shelves for my small kitchen. The previous cabinets were old, and took up too much space. This item worked terrific.- Well constructed- Nicely finished wood and metal piping- Easy to installThe included drywall anchors were not very sturdy, so I went to Home Depot and bought better ones. I would by this product again.
I'll begin by saying I absolutely LOVE my 4 shelf unit! I love the real metal pipes. I LOVE the reclaimed REAL wood shelf boards! There's a finished, varnished side to the shelving boards and an unfinished side. I personally like the unfinished, matte look. So, I just flipped them to the side I liked.I hung these shelves behind my computer desk to display lots of my favorite things! Can you tell I love Harry Potter? lolI've also included a picture of the instructions. Pretty much worthless. Here's how we hung my fabulous new shelves. We measured where the center of my desk was from the wall. That gave us the center point for the shelves.Since the shelves are 44" long, of course the center of the board is 22". We matched the board center point with my desk's center point. Then, decide how many inches do you want your shelf boards to stick out on the outer edges of the pipes. I chose 3". I would have done 2", but didn't want my shelves to possibly sag from the weight of books, etc.We chose to anchor this unit into the wall as strongly as possible. So, we substituted 1 hole per anchor point (you'll be putting in 24 screws) with 50lbs drywall & stud anchors. (See picture.) One per each anchor point (totalling 6).USE A LEVEL & tape measure throughout the entire installation! We pencil marked the round screw holes. Then pre-drilled the holes (6 of them) that our 50lbs drywall anchors were going to go into. Our electric drill got a workout! I couldn't imagine doing this by hand. You're going to use all the black screws that come in the kit.The 50lbs drywall anchors we used come with silver screws. We used the black screws that came with the unit. They fit into our (6) drywall anchors perfectly.Get all of your heavy duty anchors into the wall 1st. Then the rest goes up easily!Using this method provides piece of mind that your shelves aren't going to come crashing down due to weight. Plus, you don't have to tap 24 of the plastic anchors that come in the kit.You place your 6 super strong anchors ... then the other 18 black screws can just be screwed in. They aren't weight bearing. Your 50lbs drywall anchors are supporting all the weight. This is how I chose to hang my shelves. If you choose to do the same ... that's entirely up to you, ok?My shelves have been up & holding tight for over a week now! Before purchasing this unit, I did my homework. I scoured Amazon. I checked Home Depot. This unit was the best bang for my buck.I couldn't find them cheaper. I couldn't build them from scratch for cheaper. Especially since I wanted real wood shelves, NOT partical board. In closing ... I'll say it again. I'm absolutely THRILLED with this shelving unit! They're EXACTLY what I wanted! You will not be disappointed in the least! So worth the investment!
These are really nice shelves. The directions were kind of hard to follow, but honestly it was self explanatory on what needed to be done. It did come with brackets I’m assuming are suppose to screw into the shelves to hold them in place since they just sit on top of the frame, but there are no pre drilled holes in the shelves and the instructions mention nothing about these brackets, so beware if you knock into the shelves they could fall. Two out of three wooden shelves were warped, not lying flat/straight. Didn’t cause a problem unless you put something that might roll. I do really like the shelving unit though. It ended up being very nice and I feel like sturdy.
looks good not bad to put together
True to size, great stability. Easy to put together. Comes with the wood. Would recommend to others.
Loved this. The instructions could be better besides a picture .
