Sophisticated Candle

I was looking for a cardamom candle like the one I got special edition from Whole Foods last winter, because they were out at my local store, bummer. I ended up purchasing the medium Cardamom and Cypress to substitute and I think it smells just as sophisticated and lovely. It has the right amount of green, fresh coziness with a bit of warmth.I used it once for a several hours and it filled my (650 sq ft.) apartment with just the right amount of quality scent that lingered for a few hours after I had extinguished it, and that five-hour burn time barely put a dent in the candle. I will be buying this one again in the larger size.

I had this burning for a few hours and the wax level barely went down and with the two wicks it evenly heated the top so you don't end up with a hollowed out candle. The scent is very woodsy with a strong note of cardamon, it's perfect for both Fall and Winter. It comes in a nice glass jar with a metal twist-on lid.This would make an excellent gift, as it comes very well wrapped and in a nice box as well. It is a large candle and should last a very long time. The scent level seems just right- I wouldn't say it is too overpowering but definitely wouldn't say it's underwhelming, either. It easily fills a room with its aroma, and even a large space like a living room. A small room with doors closed would probably make this overpowering though.$20-25 for this size, scent, and quality is an absolute great deal. I would highly recommend candles from this brand!

Good quality and very giftable

This review is for the 3rd candle I have ordered from this brand, I'm trying to find just that right scent, even though I have no idea what that will be yet. This candle is packaged very well and makes a good gift. The jar is quality glass with a screw on lid, and comes full with wax to just the right level. It melts smooth and I can smell it on the low setting of my candle warmer in about 15 or so minutes, it smells good, and others really like it when they walk in. This is very sturdy, a big candle, and would make a good gift that should last a long time. I will be trying other scents from this brand, my husband especially appreciated that it's a mild and not a strong overpowering smell, even after a couple hours.
