Very Happy With Purchase
These are nice faux wood blinds. I have used these blinds everyday for a while before writing this review. They are very easy to open & close and to raise & lower even though my blinds are large and cover double windows. They are light weight compared to real wood blinds and seem to be very sturdy. They do have the wood grain look on the slats that some faux wood blinds don't. I have purchased a couple of these now and am very happy with the product. My first box arrived bent, 1 end completely open and metal pieces falling out of a hole in the box. Which was NOT the companies fault (I blame that on the shipping co). I contacted the company and they wanted me to send it back (they would provide a shipping label). I said that was fine but they needed to schedule a pickup because it was to large and heavy for me to carry and load in the car. After some back and forth with this company and amazon because they didn't seem to want to have the item picked up, they wanted me to find the shipper and take it to them, I was asked to take pictures of the box and email them to the company. I was sent out a new one after this. Please be sure to follow the directions on measuring as an 1/8 inch can make a huge difference. They do no offer return shipping. It cost as much to ship it back as it does to buy it. I found this out when I ordered a blind and got a message that the payment didn't go through. Thinking there was an issue with my card I re ordered using a different card because I was not home to check into things at that moment. Well there must have been a glitch in the processing because both cards were actually charged and I got received 2 blinds. 1 Of which I didn't need. It cost way to much to ship it back and they would not bend on that even though it was not my fault. So my final word would be that the blinds are great but not so much when it comes to dealing with the company.

These blinds are perfection. Did 3 windows in about an hour! They look great. If you take your time in measuring, its seamless, and very satisfying. Better than 1/2 the cost and didn't have to wait 3 months for custom from big box store which didn't even provide the valances.

Major upgrade at an affordable price
The pandemic made me do it. Since being transitioned to remote work, I spend a lot of time staring at the window/blinds in my home office during soul-crushing conference calls.The old blinds were functional - 20yr old basic 1" mini blinds with a cord that my feline house masters liked to attack. Umm, wrong again. The pursuit of happiness sure is challenging.But, I found Lumino eventually. And wow!! I found exactly what I needed - for both windows. Less expensive than the offerings at {insert those hardware retail stores}!The blinds arrived days before they were expected, and were super easy to stall. They're quite impressive, sturdy, easy to clean, and most importantly -- give me happiness that only a perfectly shaded window can bring.

Great customer service, blinds are nice but break
We ordered 2 sets of blinds and one arrived damaged. I reached out to Lumino and they kindly and quickly sent us a replacement. My fiance said they were "fairly easy" to install and we are happy with the look of them.We decided to place another order. The blinds were for our living room, and about a week after installing them, 2 of the blinds had broken. We have a kitten who likes to sit in that window and will pull the blinds out so he can sit in between the blinds and window... so I know that they had been moved, but I was surprised at how quickly and easily they had broken.

Awesome blinds. Please read review
I called blinds to go last year, and in my previous home had them install blinds that have all the same features as these do for ( Im embarrassed to say.... ) 5x’s the price. Yes. No lie. So I know what I’m saying when I tell you that these are more than a great value. My husband and I love them so much, I will order more for downstairs. They go up and down with a push and pull just like the “expensive” ones do. They look great. Moulding fits and compliments the window trim beautifully.Of note- UPS delivered 4 boxes. One of which was mangled. No damage to the product that I could see-so I accepted it. Upon opening it, I realized the hardware was missing. I called Amazon and as soon as I heard, “we need to reach out to them as they are a third party seller” my stomach dropped and I thought...here we go. To my surprise- The seller responded within hours to ship me the replacement parts. Please trust me-do not over pay for blinds elsewhere. These are well worth the money.

Cordless faux wood blinds
These were easy to install and my cats have not need able to break them. And they are easy to clean. The white color is true white. They measured accuracy is spot on. Functionally they work perfect to block the light and for privacy . Cordless is safety feature I feel better around my kids and pets.
