Received mine today, a few points.1. No it is not an actual record, yes it is thick.2. It is not etched but a vinyl print as advertised.3. Yes there is a slight “chemical” smell so if you’ve never worked or handled vinyl printing you won’t know this is normal.4. Yes if you don’t have Spotify you will need to download the app.5. For the price and the craftsmanship it’s decent and a good buy.I did not give 5 ⭐️ only because it doesn’t seem scratch resistant but other than that I already have about 9 more I’m going to be sending in. My son custom ordered this for his GF and we were both beyond impressed with how good it turned out! Their picture was good quality and not all grainy looking, the Spotify link for the song he chose worked just like it was supposed to, pulled the song right up on his phone. She loves vinyl records so this was just a great find and it comes with a wooden stand to hold the vinyl. Both the stand and vinyl are very sturdy and thick, not flimsy. It’s smaller but the perfect size for her to display in almost anywhere in her room. Also forgot to add the shipping time was super quick for being a custom item!
