Ivory/Natural is more cool toned and gray

TLDR; a little gray, good quality, soft, smell lingers. I hated it at first when I unpackaged it because it’s a lot grayer in person than expected. But over the last two days it really grew on me. Really nice thickness and it’s soft. I have another rug from the same company, so I know this one will be high quality and stand up to regular wear and tear (we have cats). It’s been a few days and it still stinks like new carpet, so hoping that goes away soon. It also flattened a few hours in.

Poor quality/quality control lacking for a rug that is a hassle to return

Love the design of the rug and the color. However, it arrived with loose threads and much of the rug was frayed. At first I thought it just needed vacuumed and was shedding but one vacuum and it looked much worse. The best analogy I can come up with is if several cats clawed their way across the carpet in all directions (I have no idea if cats actually do this). I did attempt to contact the manufacturer and I thought they responded but since then I have not been able to contact them. Either way, it is becoming too much of a hassle to attempt reordering in the hopes it was just a one-time thing as you have to schedule an 8hr window for pickup during which you need to be at home.The vacuum picture is after vacuuming 1/4 of the carpet. It kept doing it as though the threads were just coming up and tearing off.
