Bright Full and Beautiful

These Livole Bougainilles Flowers look like I just brought them home from the garden center. They’re beautiful, well made, and feel like quality outdoor faux plants. I chose the red, a stunning poppy shade that stands out beautifully against the dark green leaves cascading around the edges. In my opinion, these are about as realistic as faux flowers get. They are very full and, once fluffed out, make a big, impressive arrangement.What really adds to the realism is how the blooms sit naturally. Some bend sideways, others tilt downward, creating that perfectly imperfect look you see in real flowers.They arrived compressed but recovered nicely. I expected a few bent leaves, but there weren’t any, and not a single flower came off while arranging them. The stems are easy to shape, and the foam-filled base holds everything securely.I found by placing them inside a decorative planter gives it a more polished look. The base has some weight, but adding a few rocks would help prevent tipping in strong wind.The product description lists these as outdoor plants, and I think they’ll handle mild weather and an occasional rinse if they get dusty. The flowers and leaves have a silk-like texture. While they’re described as sun-resistant, I’ll be placing mine in shaded, covered areas so they stay vibrant for several seasons.There was no odor when they arrived, which I always appreciate.

Very Nice Though a Little Delicate for Outdoors: 4.5 Stars

This is a nice set of flowers that offers a reasonable trailing effect from several fine vines that hang from the main flower bunch. The colors are vibrant, the red brilliant, and the dark green of the leaves deep, helping to offset the two, with the green leaves also helping to create a sense of fullness.These came nicely packaged and, like other Livole products I've reviewed in the past, were not damaged by shipping and took very little to fluff/return to their original state.If you are using these in hanging baskets or in displays that tend to be a bit away from people, they definitely could at least pass at first glance as real. Up close, it is apparent that they are faux silk, but they are well-made enough that I don't feel that really detracts from their overall aesthetic appeal. People who want a hyper-realistic plant will be disappointed, however.These are pretty delicate for outdoor flowers, however, and I strongly advise that they be placed in areas that are sheltered/out of direct weather. They feel more like indoor flowers, with the leaves being close to lifelike, the flowers themselves slightly thinner and more fragile appearing than other outdoor-rated faux silk that I have. These could survive a light misting/drizzle or a soft wipe down with a damp cloth, but I would balk at having them anywhere that would introduce winds, heavier rain, or worse weather, as I don't see the material holding up well under that.The trailing vine effect is better than others I have gotten, but if you want the full effect that you see in the pictures, you will need a few of them layered/nesting inside each other to create the thick hanging look. Each bunch, by itself, isn't terrible by any means, and has a more dainty and, to me, natural look that plants would achieve instead of the heavy cascade of blooms. I do appreciate that the vines used to create this look are thin, allowing for a more natural drape/flow, but this will leave them more prone to damage if left out in non-sheltered areas.Overall, definitely worthwhile if looking for reasonable quality outdoor plants at the listed price ($17.99 at the time of writing this for 2). Each stem is large, with a multitude of blooms, fine wires in the main flower bunch to allow fluffing/posing with the vines relaxed and free-falling.

Look Real from Afar!

This is a review for Livole artificial bougainvillea flowers. These are really nice faux bougainvillea and I love that they have a cascading shape. They look especially pretty in planters or arrangements where you want that draping effect.From a distance they look very realistic, though they are not the “real touch” type of faux flowers. Up close you can tell they are artificial, but visually they still work well in outdoor decor, so I removed one star because they don't exactly "look real" like the item title says. The color is a gorgeous fuchsia that looks very true to real bougainvillea blooms.I have already jostled them around quite a bit while arranging things outside and they have held up well so far. This is an affordable way to add a pop of color to outdoor planters without worrying about keeping real flowers alive.

Bright and Pretty

These are really pretty faux flowers and the color is super vibrant. The hot pink stands out nicely and adds a pop of color to a planter. I used them in an outdoor pot on my patio and they look great from a distance. Up close you can tell they’re artificial, but that’s pretty normal with most faux flowers. Once they’re arranged in a planter they look really nice and fill the space well. The stems are easy to bend and adjust so you can shape them how you want.I mostly bought these because I get tired of replacing real flowers that die in the Texas heat. These give the same colorful look without having to water anything, which I appreciate. For the price they’re a nice little decorative addition.
