Good quality construction for an indoor door mat, but design is horribly off-center

I obtained this area rug for use in our sun room, in front of the door. The rug has a good feel to it, feels quite nice and appears to be built well... however, the design is horribly off-center. On a large rug with repeating patterns, this may not show - but on this one, it makes a big difference. The pattern on the right side starts about 1 inch from the edge, while on the left side it goes nearly to the edge of the rug. There is a similar mismatch at the top and bottom edges as well. As a result, unless you are specifically looking for oddities like this, you probably won't find this looking good in your home.

Rug is very pretty, but be careful.

This rug is beautiful. It's lightweight, I love that its washable, so it'd be great for pet owners. Its a great size.HOWEVER, it has almost no traction on the underside, so if its placed on a hard surface like tile or laminate or wood, it is *very* slippery and would be easy to fall. This could probably be pretty easily solved with some rug tape or something to keep it in place. If its just sitting upon the floor, maybe keep it on carpet so it has something to grip too and prevent slips.

Beautiful Rug

This turned out to be a really pretty rug for our powder bathroom. It's the perfect size for a small bathroom and looks so nice contrasting with the dark wood floor in there. It was shipped rolled up in plastic but laid flat almost right away. It does need some sort of rubber backing under it because it slides around easily but over a great-looking rug. The only weird thing about it is the print lines that you can see running vertically across it. You can see them in my photo. I don't think they're supposed to be there but if they are then maybe it's a style thing. Not a huge deal but just something I noticed so I knocked a star off for that. the stitching around the edges seems great and there were no frayed pieces or anything so it feels well made!

Love This For My Use Case

i wanted a small 2x3 area rug to put directly in front of my dryer in my laundry room. i wear $$$ athletic (cycling) gear and after washing when i remove it from the dryer sometimes i drop an item or two on the floor. the floor is swept regularly as i'm pretty fanatical when it comes to dirt/hair, but...i have dogs. i wanted a small rug to put there to prevent my clothes from hitting the floor itself and to "protect" them from the concrete and hair. this rug has fit the bill perfectly. it's extremely low pile, zero maintenance and does not seem to shed any polyester fibers from what i can see. i vacuum it regularly but once or twice a year i'll have no issue throwing the rug itself into the wash as it's 100% machine washable. perfect size, perfect material, perfect faded look. i love everything about this rug

Perfect for where I wanted it to go

This little area rug is soft and colors are very muted, but pretty. The pics show how it was delivered and a small catch on the back (3) and what the catch looks like on the front (4). I had a pic of it unrolled but lost it in transfer-sorry. When unrolled it laid flat right away and is thin enough so I won't trip over it, but heavy enough that it will keep my feet from getting cold hitting those hardwoods first thing in the morning. I would buy this brand in a larger size., especially as it is "washable". It is actually very nice.UPDATE*** this little rug needs a stop slip backing or carpet tape underneath-it does NOT stay in place.
