We bought these after removing the old carpet from our stairs and living with bare wooden steps for several months. Walking on them barefoot was uncomfortable with no give at all, and even our dogs clearly didn’t like using the stairs. Don’t stick.

Stair Treads don’t stick well at all. They move around just from lightly walking up and down the stairs once. I don’t expect them to be perfect, but I thought they would stay in place a little better.
