Great Customer Service and Beautiful Product

I had a bit of trouble with assembly(which was solely on my end) and customer service was very helpful and kind. They even sent additional setup guides to help. In the end it was my misunderstanding of the layout of one of my letters and everything was super easy.I did not realize I needed to glue all the sides but after doing one letter the others were pretty easy to construct. It was exactly what I was looking for.

These letters look great all assembled! When assembling, some pieces are a bit more difficult to maneuver and glue properly for stability, so take your time. I recommend finding a way to secure the battery pack if moving this marquee around so they don’t damage the letter in transport.

My Mom is turning 83 years old this month so I wanted to try out these numbers for a party. First of all, it arrived fast and the 4ft is a very good size. This was very simple!!! The material was numbered properly, and everything easy to understand. It took me only about 10-15mins to snap the corresponding numbered parts together and glue gun it. I highly recommend scanning the qr code and finding your number/letter to make it easier. I will be purchasing the other number(3) from this same company. The reasonable price and Bright lights are a plus as well. Good quality product!!
