These bookends work well for my desk setup. They’re sturdy enough to hold heavier books in place and don’t slide around thanks to the non-skid base. The design is clean and adds a nice decorative touch without being distracting. Simple, functional, and they do exactly what I needed them to do.

I recently ordered the sport man decorative bookends. I have a lot of books and I am getting more shelving, so I need some interesting bookends. These arrived well packaged. The paint is not a uniform coat on purpose as it has hints of gold-ish distressing. The bookends are lightweight, so no big books between these guys. I will likely use these to hold my video games instead of my books. One of my men had a small hole in his head but it's not so worrisome to warrant a return. These are interesting with a distressed look just don't expect these sportsmen to hold the heavy books.
