Super cute
I have a workstation in my basement and got sick of staring at the cement wall behind my desk while I'm working on projects. Got the idea to look into backdrops to make it look less bleak, thrilled to have found this fantasy castle tapestry. I love the whimsical nature of it, and it's perfect how it's framed like you're looking out a window at the scenery. The tapestry is very lightweight so it's easy to hang (I'm just using two clips to hang it from the back of the top tier of the desk on my shelf). Great for sprucing up a bland or bleak wall!

Nice backdrop, but hem is not as stated and middle of picture could be better
The castle window backdrop arrived quickly and packaged in a plastic sleeve in an Amazon padded envelope. The Amazon product page indicates this particular backdrop is 60 x 44 inches, my measurements came out 59 x 43.75 inches, which is about as close as you get for these things. The design and color of the backdrop is identical to the product page picture. My review pictures show us holding it up with room light behind it (pic #1) and another laying on a bed with no light behind it (pic #2). It is not an overly thick material, so light will shine through it. Keep this in mind when you decide to hang it, as in front of a window or light source would not look good.The material is a nice feeling polyester material that comes folded. When you get it out of the sleeve, there will be fold lines that last a while. On this castle window print, the lines are not as noticeable as some others I have received. The product page recommends ironing the material, but we have not done that. There is no obvious way of hanging this outside of pinning it. This gives flexibility, but I worry that thumbtacks or pins will eventually tear it. I will certainly ad a piece of tape or something on the back of the cloth to help prevent tearing.IF the outside hem were as nice as the product page indicates, the pins could simply go into it with little worry of tearing. The product page states in one of their pictures that the hem is, “Hand-sewn firm edges, not easy to deform.” This is not true at all. Please see my review pictures versus their pictures. First of all, if it is hand-stitched, it is the most consistent hand-stitching I have ever seen. Second, there is no “firmness” at all. It is simply the fabric folded over and stitched. Because of that, it is very easy to deform. Because of this, the hem it is less noticeable than the stitching in their pictures. I just hate when the product page is misleading.As mentioned above, the color of the backdrop is very good, especially when against a wall where light is not behind it. The graphic itself is certainly not a photograph, but is a quality printed, painting-style of graphic. Everything is proportioned very well in the graphic and there is somewhat a sense of depth. I can’t say I love having the 3 castles in the center of the window. The castles look like the same castle rotated and manipulated just a bit. Makes it a little unrealistic. The background that should indicate something…anything… behind the castle is just light gray nothingness. The left and right area of the window are beautiful and detailed, but the center just has too much lack of color and detail. You can see it in their picture, but it is much more obvious when you have it hanging in front of you. I am an amateur painter, so I understand that distance objects should have less detail and fog can help add distance, but it just doesn’t work in this graphic. This is for my daughter’s apartment, and she likes it, so maybe it is just my eye that sees that sort of thing.I took a star off for the hem not being as stated (also, making it a bit harder to hang) and the center, focal point of the graphic just not being pleasant to my eye. If these don’t bother you, then get it. It’s a good value and the printing is very nice on the polyester fabric. My daughter really likes it.

Beautiful Backdrop! Real Cloth
This is a great backdrop! The bigger size is perfect to feel more immersed in the scene. I love that it’s on actual fabric, and not plastic or plasticy fabric. It’s lightweight yet very sturdy. The color variations in both the scene and on the framing are realistic. I love how enchanting it is. It completely changes the background and the dynamic of any room! I also really like how easy it is to clean. It can easily be spot-cleaned or thrown in the wash for a complete clean. It’s a great value!I plan to add an update if anything significantly changes for this item. Until then, it’s safe to assume everything is still consistent with this review.

Beautiful image
I plan to hang this up on the wall by my bed when me knee is healed up. The image is so pretty and serene, and the design is well printed on the fabric. The edges are finished well with no loose or hanging threads. This is a beautiful tapestry.
