Very good product and great accommodation by Letau
We installed two of these without backing several months ago, and later decided we preferred one to have a backing due its location and the sunlight it let in. We ordered a replacement with backing. Letau contacted us and we exchanged emails to insure it was the same pattern. They even sent a picture. When we received the shade, it had no backing and we contacted Letau. They acknowledged that we had ordered one with backing and were apologetic, offering to send us the correct one and telling us that we need not return the one without backing. Letau kept in touch, keeping us up to date on the new one. We just installed the new one. Now to the shade itself. Their shades are sturdy, beautiful and would enhance any room. The one without backing lets in an appropriate amount of sunlight for its location and the one with backing shuts out all sunlight, as we wanted it to. They are easy to install as long as the measurement you give them is accurate. They even contacted us with both orders to insure we had understood the measuring instructions correctly. My wife and I highly recommend both Letau's product and customer service.
