very difficult to install, not as ordered, cheap materials

After many discussions about the length of the panels, it was decided that 82 or 83 inches would be best. they sent me 80 inchers!! The hardware was cheap and was difficult to work with, so I ended up using nuts and bolts of my own. The instructions were vague and lacking in a few details that would have been helpful in the install. They are installed and appear very nice but, I probably would not purchase from this company again. Thankyou.

Cool-literally & figuratively!

Put these blackout panels on my sliding door that faces east & catches the early morning rising sun & heat during the summer day. They work & are quite nice-in dining room. I thought panels would be more like a fabric with a blocking film under but they are one solid “fabric-like” panel - somewhat similar to an iron-on patch. Was skeptical at first but love the sliding function & custom sizing. Received panels first, then hardware. Will order again to cover a large closet door in place of foldout doors that take up too much space.

Looks incredible in the space and adds a luxury feel to the room without the luxury price tag.

The quality of the panels are very nice. They slide easily on the track to open up the room to let in light but completely black it out when you're ready to sleep. It transformed the aesthetic of my room giving is a nice accent wall look for less than what it would have cost to do a simple blind for the 58" x 58" window. The install was difficult. There were no instructions included and the only thing to go off of is a short video clip that gives you a vague idea of what to do. The mounting system was silly and made for a much more difficult install than it needed to be. If you are moderately handy you will okay to make it work. I had to end up drilling additional holes through the base of the track to add some additional screws so that it fit flush to the ceiling. That being said the slight frustration with that was well worth the overall final product and price.Within 24 hours of placing my order I had a representative reach out to me to confirm some of the measurements and what I was looking for exactly. They ended up changing the dimensions that I had originally requested by 1/8th of an inch and it came out perfect. It was nice to message with someone to confirm the sizing for such a large custom job.Turn around for me was much faster than originally estimated. Overall, extremely pleased with the product and customer service with this order. Overall measurements were 144" x 108"
