Easy to work with and semi-customizable

When ordering, make sure to include your mobile. Semi-customization was easy as they test to your mobile and confirm dimensions. I also wanted a certain width and they were able to meet me half way.Product was easy to install, took me about30 minutes.Blinds look great and lucking matches are walls. Durability is TBD as we only have the product a month.But so far so good..

Good product, confusing directions

This was easy to install but I had to figure it out on my own. The directions make very little sense. It arrived just as I ordered it and it looks really nice. I will say it could use a valence. The hardware is not very attractive. One of the panels refused to slide over the other one so I had to remove the stop that would catch the panels as you open or close them but it is not bad. I got the blackout in beige and I would say it blocks about 85% of the light. The panels are close together so there isn't a lot of light leakage. Overall this was a great purchase considering the price point. Compared to the big box home stores it is a real value. The company is sending me a replacement part as well to try and get them to open and close properly. The support was great.

Four panels divided by 4, blocks all light

Very happy with shades. Purchases two approx 80 inched wide. Both came with only 4 panels. Each panel is custom cut to to be 1/4 of the total length. So the wider the total shade the wider each panel. The two sets ordered came out just as ordered. Panels are polyester and thick. Keep them rolled up until ready to hang. One set I did not do this and they wrinkle badly. Install was simple once you have the brackets level and the cams installed just twist the cams. Channels tracks are very lite.

the absolute worst product and purchase. do not buy (first review ever)!!!

please save yourselves and do not purchase! go anywhere instead!!! four sets were ordered. cheapily, they sent them in bulk without any labeling nor instructions. we are talking hundreds of pieces without any intel of what goes with what or where. the colors were also off expectations (and shared with seller with no response to that). several attempts at communications, on my end were made, to try and resolve before returning, and tiny photos or instructions in another language were shared. eventually, homemade iphone videos were shared, but with the hundreds of pieces and four sets of said pieces, installation is still beyond confusing and impossible, even with a skilled contractor. a refund to return has been requested several times and denied, even though communications were started within the window and attempts to resolve, on our end were had. this site supports this 3rd party , whom offers up a terrible user experience and an usable, sub par product. please, do not purchase anything from this seller. you will be out hundreds or thousands (like myself). save yourself the frustration, money lost, and hastle…go elsewhere!!!

Well made

The blinds are definitely custom made. Ours fits perfectly inside our window and it pulls closed and open very easily. It also blocks out the sun very well but just remember you do lose part of your window (for us it was 1/4) because it will always be covered with one panel.
