Does not keep time

This wall clock looks perfect in my living room. Right size and pleasing to the eye. However a clock has one purpose, one job; TO KEEP TIME!This clock does not do that. I have reset it more than a handful of times and each time within a few days it loses about an hour.I truly don't understand how this can happen. So very disappointed. I will be contacting the seller.UPDATE 4/19/25: It seems to keep time now. I cannot explain it, but it has been keeping accurate time now for months.I have updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
