Fit great and was a great color
I have a recliner that is old but wonderful. My husband and I decided to buy new recliners. He loves his..I hate mine. A few years ago I saw recliner covers and bought one on a whim to cover the"old" recliner. It was easy to install and it has been used for several years. I recently decided it looked like I needed a refresh...I found this brand. The material looks similar to a faux leather.. but it's soft and is fabric. It is nice looking. There are 4 pieces and instructions. The key is trying to find right color (sometimes it looks different on your screen according to your settings--and picking the right size). My chair was very similar to a Lazy Boy so I bought that size. Note.. The company seems to understand not all of us are experts and will take back to exchange if it is the wrong size/color. Even though it was a different brand it went on fairly easy. I have had a little trouble getting it perfect on the foot part but I think I have finally figured it out. I will say I am not afraid to put a staple here or there. It looks good and is comfortable. Eventually I will again shop for the perfect recliner.. But not today.

Looks and feels great, but tricky to install and keep in place
I purchased this cover to protect our new sofa, and while the result looks and feels great, getting there was a bit of a challenge.The material feels soft and warm, almost like leather, and the color (we chose [insert your color here]) looks elegant and fits in nicely with our living room decor. The fabric has a good amount of stretch, which helped it contour well to the shape of the recliner. Even though our sofa isn’t a perfect match to the listed dimensions, the stretchiness made it work.The cover comes in separate pieces for the back, seat, and armrests, which helps create a cleaner, more fitted look. That said, the installation was frustrating. The instructions weren’t very helpful, so it took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to put everything together. Finding the right places to secure all the elastics wasn’t easy, and even now, the seat section doesn’t always stay in place, especially when the kids are climbing, jumping, or playing on the couch.Despite that, the durability seems solid so far. It holds up to daily use, and small spills or messes wipe off easily, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Very old, expensive recliner looks new again
I bought a luxury recliner from LazyBoy many years ago when i was an energetic software engineer. It was a great recliner but I was too busy to take care of it properly and soft leather on one of the arms was virtually destroyed by sunlight pouring in through a glass door over several years. As an old fuddy-duddy, I still relax in the chair every night and even tried one of those low cost covers with limited success to help me forget about the chair damage. The old cover barely covered the worn out leather on the arm and constantly needed adjusting. So when I bought this cover, I had low expectations. I could tell as soon as opened the box (delivered a day early) that this was going to be great. First, the color is an exact match for my chair. When I put the left arm cover on the chair, it probably increased the chair value 100 percent. When I put the second cover on the chair, it made the chair look brand new. The arm covers are the perfect size, ridiculously easy to install and, because I got the heavy duty version, are likely to last a long time. I'm surprised how snug the arm covers fit and how much they look exactly like the original. They do not move and they even feel similar to the much more delicate and expensive, original leather. To be honest, I may not put the back and seat covers on because the original leather there is still in good shape. (I don't have animals that might require a different approach.) So I can't speak to the the protection value. But I am so much more comfortable in this chair just because the arms look and feel brand new. And that nagging buyer's remorse on the original chair is gone.

Looks & feels like quality pleather.
Definitely easy to install over recliner. This is XL. The online images of appropriate recliners resembled mine. A bit big in some spots, but no two recliners are the same, so I wasn’t expecting a perfect fit. Better bigger than smaller. I don’t even know how old or brand, as it came with the condo. Not sure how well this will wear, but for a rental vacation home, this is fine & overall looks good. The guests left rips all over the arms. I played a little macrame with the straps. I feel the foot portion could have used some elastic strapping also. I improvised the loose areas with safety pins. Wood was too hard for thumbtacks. Where the straps were too long, I wrapped them around the framing first. Material is thick as leather. Graining looks natural. The few wrinkles from the packaging will definitely soften. I should have taken the seat portion that reaches into the back of the recliner & stretched it well into the crevace & pulled it from underneath & somehow fastened it before I adjusted the back. Since the cover is over leather, it moves a little when you sit on it. It could use another strap in the middle of that seat area for a much better fit, not just the sides. An extra piece of material to slip over the manual handle would have been great, as I have the original colored handle showing. As instructions online indicated, you need to make a small cut in the material for the handle. Overall, this is better than I expected. Before & after pics.
