Wow. This is a soft wonderful rug! I am amazed at how it lays so flat right out of the packaging. It's beautiful. I was only able to lay it down halfway because I'm having a new sofa delivered in a few days and haven't gotten rid of my old one yet. I couldn't wait to see what it was going to look like so I did what any woman would.. I made my own rules! I have a picture of what it looks like folded in half. The original picture on Amazon has it looking a bit greenish around the border but it's not. It's a cream color. Very neutral and natural.I only have a one bedroom apartment but am seriously considering buying one for my bedroom as well. This one is going in the living room. I recommend this to anyone looking for a soft feel under your feet, with a homey feel. It really makes the room!

It’s fine for low-traffic areas or rooms where you’re mostly walking through, but if you want softness, a rug pad underneath is pretty much necessary.Washability:While it’s advertised as washable, the 8x10 size is quite large and difficult to wash easily in a standard home washer.
