Easy one minute install, looks as pictured and works great! Anyone can do it! Measuring guide was just right, it was a great drill-free blackout option for our bathroom window. Included a plastic wrench for tightening the shade into place.
These work as advertised. They do a great job insulating too, which is just an added bonus. They are SUPER easy to install and it only takes minutes from box to functioning in the window. I have some older, more expensive, high end TDBU blinds in other rooms and frankly, while these absolutely are made cheaper and feel cheaper, they do the trick. It's a curtain, who cares, buy these and save the money over the expensive ones. I use the TDBU function daily, a few times a day. They slide pretty smoothly, although it is up to you to make them sit evenly. Every once in a while mine squeaks when moved, but after a day or so it usually works itself out and gets quiet again. The light filtering does a wonderful job and gives a soft glow when closed. These are VERY lightweight, yet function fine. The fit is EXACT, so measure and use the chart they have posted. That said, I have one VERY BIG complaint! This is meant to fit to the bottom of the window sill, but it's very hard to do that because they have failed to put a pull on the bottom rail of the curtain. The top has one, but not the bottom?!? Every other brand I've ever seen or owned has a bottom pull. Nope, not this one! That's why I took one star. For the pennies it would cost to add it, that would take these from pretty cool and functional to AWESOME! I grumble about that daily as I fight to get the bottom rail tight to the bottom of the window.To summarize, these look nice, although not the highest quality. They fit as advertised (measure exactly before ordering). The color is a nice soft grey. The light filtering does a perfect job! They function fine, but could be WAY better with the addition of a bottom pull.

Since ordering these top-down blinds, l've ordered three other sets for other rooms. I'm super impressed with the easy installation and the light blocking both. I was skeptical of what's essentially tension blinds, but holy cow am I impressed. I'd give them more stars if I could. I love the honeycomb blinds and not needing to have a cord that gets in the way constantly. They're super easy to move up and down.Plus! They thought of everything. There's a plastic slider that covers the hardware, so you can't even tell once they're installed that they're not permanent. It took far longer to remove the old slatted blinds than to install the Lazblinds. I have one minor annoyance, and that's getting the included tool in the spot to tighten the tension and turn it. It's kind of a pain ... but seriously, that's a minor complaint.Oh, and it absolutely cut down on the amount of heat coming in the east windows in Florida. It doesn't block ALL of the heat, but it blocks a lot. Great quality, will definitely be buying more as we need them.
They are nice, easy install and made good
I love this blackout blind, it is a game changer for the bedroom. I have previously had the old horizontal Venetian blinds because they were inexpensive. But, they definitely let light in between the slats and along the rope line. They worked, but not well. These blackout TDBU blinds are awesome. They are super easy to install. It is possible for one person to install, but easier with a second pair of hands, especially for the longer blinds. They install by creating outward pressure with the included wrench. For solo installation it was probably closer to 90 seconds for the install, but very easy. They work so well that I have to turn on a light while in the room, even in the daylight.I also love the flexibility of pulling the blinds down to allow light in without sacrificing privacy. Compared to other options, these are at the top of their price point, but the effectiveness, ease of installation and solid construction make them worth it. My one complaint is with the color; it is advertised as dark grey which would work better with the room. Instead, it seems to be closer to gunmetal grey with more blue tints. It still works okay and I'm super happy with the blackout aspects, but the color descriptions seem off to me.
