Flawed design

The blinds are nice when they work but, unfortunately, the lower mechanism is poorly-designed. The rollers that rewind the cords when the bottom of the blind is raised have a gap between the metal roller and the plastic bracket that allows the cord to slip off the roller and into the gap, jamming the mechanism.I got a replacement thinking maybe I just got a bad one but the replacement did the same thing. Both blinds did this multiple times, even after I disassembled them to clear the jam.

They break

I bought 6 of these and 3 of them have already broken. Luckily they have replaced them but I am not sure how long till another set breaks. They basically will not push back up at one point they just randomly break and I’m not sure what is going on or if they are just very cheaply made. Not happy about having to do 4 different returns and probably they will all eventually break after my window for return has passed.

Easy to install, nice features, quality questionable.

Shades look nice and were the perfect size. Very easy to install. Features worked on both for a few days. One now won’t go up. I will try the troubleshooting instructions.I was very happy with these blinds out of the box but before the newness even wore off one of the two I bought would no longer move up. Even if the troubleshooting resolves this, I now question the quality after such a short time in the window and very little use. This is why I only gave 3 stars.
