Nice Cellular Shade for the money

Shade functioned as expected, top comes all the way down and bottom goes all the way up. Blackout works fine, with just a bit of light coming in around the two side edges because it is mounted inside the window frame (but not an issue for me). It has a tab pull at the top but not at the bottom rail. I would have preferred it to have both. But again, not such a big issue. It does not move as smoothly as others I have in my home, but then it is a fraction of the price of the others!
