I've had this shade for a little while now, and I'm super happy with it! I didn't experience any of the issues that the 1-star reviewers had - mine came complete with mounting brackets and the little tabs that you attach so you can raise and lower the shade. Maybe they received returned shades that hadn't been checked out before reselling?Anyway, it was simple to install - I think it took me about 10 minutes altogether. I opted to do the outside mount, and I added 3 inches so I'd have a little extra on both sides to really make sure it provided coverage, and I'm glad I did. Just don't add so much that your shade sticks out past your window frame!The quality seems to be as good as any other brand; I don't think it feels flimsy or anything like that. I've pulled it up and down loads of times already, and it's performed perfectly.I'm really quite happy with it!

I have one set inside window frame, and you do get light around perimeter, would advise adding curtain if that's an issue for you.The other was purchased to cover entire window and hides light better. I'm happy with quality of both and would purchase again. Both of these are installed in a light-use situation and are fine, but i can't speak to heavy use or use in a kids room.

Missing hardware and damaged

Blinds are okay. Should be better.Missing hardware, had to request a replacement of all four blinds.At least the 2nd order had most of the hardware. Good thing the first order had one package of the hardware so I could put all 4 blinds on the windows. And 2 more blinds were damaged. So out of 8 blinds I was able to get the 4 that I needed.Won’t order these again.
