We got these for my son’s apartment. Wasn’t sure how well they would work or how nice they would look, but they are amazing! Super simple installation and they look as good as the super expensive ones I had installed at my house. I’ll order these next time I need block out shades! Also love that they drop down from the top or raise up from the bottom. Super versatile!

This No Tools No Drill Cordless Cellular Shade overall is pretty good. Installation was easy—no tools or drilling, just a few minutes to put up although it requires another person to install it with me. They fit my windows well and the top-down, bottom-up feature is great for adjusting light and privacy. The cordless design is safe and easy to use, and they block light nicely. However, the plastic parts look a bit cheap for the price, and they fall off easily, which was a little disappointing and I am worried how long they can last. Still, they work well and look decent, so I’d recommend them if you’re okay with the plastic quality.
Got this for my home office as the sun shines directly on my monitor. This truly blocks the sun and I love that I can adjust the blinds as the sun moves. You barely see the cords thatmake the blinds up/down. Installation was super simple, took less than 5 minutes. It has dials on each side that you use to secure to the window frame.
I have a view of 2,000 acres of prairie land with antelope on the top part of shade. The bottom view is my neighbors broken down corvette, truck off to the far side. Dog likes to look out the bottom. Best of both. I up down these many time during the day adjusting for morning sun. So far good mechanics (4 months). Everyone that sees them is jelly. They are Danish subtile to match my ultra modern decor. Love Love Love. Highly recommend. But we also do not have kids. I have 12 window with these shades. Both types , filtering and block.
