So Easy to Put Up and Much Nicer Than Vertical Blinds

I got the dark brown blackout shade. It goes up in a couple of minutes but the included wrench was useless, instead had to wedge my thick fingers into the tiny space to tighten the nuts. I took pics but the camera lightens the sliver of light coming thru the sides. When I tell you that my room is pitch dark when I pull these in the afternoon with direct sunlight hitting the window, believe it. I close the blackout curtains and boom, it's night time in my world! For someone that has to go to bed at 7pm for work and the summertime sun still bright in the sky almost makes that impossible. These are also much classier than the ugly plastic WalMart blinds they replaced that I plan to get the white light filtering ones for my kitchen and another blackout for my guest room.Update: I am replacing the remaining 5 windows in my house with these, except these will be light filtering white. I added another pic of the one in the kitchen window. The white is very bright and completely changed how my kitchen looks. The old dingy white light filtering WalMart blind still on the other window after I replaced the first one was a huge contrast. The blind is letting in far more light than the pic suggests. Can't wait for the others to arrive!
