These blinds are really great - the quality is much better than expected. They are "light filtering" so don't expect full coverage, but I love the way they do allow some natural light into the room while blocking the view from our close neighbors. I was intrigued by the NO DRILL installation and my husband was skeptical. Though a tiny bit tricky, they went up fairly easily and two months later have shown no sign of slipping. I purchased these thinking they'd be a temporary fix before I installed more permanent blinds, but I like them enough that they're in the windows for the long haul. There was a bit of an odor when removed from the packaging but it dissipated fairly quickly.
