A good quality incense
Ive ordered this twice now in Osmanthus.Other reviewers complain that the incense breaks when you insert it into the included holder. This simply isnt true unless you press too hard. You need to be gentle, it only takes a tiny bit of pressure.The quality of the incense is good. It does not smell fake / overpowering. It does not lack presence either, though. I cannot tolerate fragrances from fake candles and incense. therefore I can safely deduce for the most part, this incense is of a more organic quality.Osmanthus is a great scent to burn when I wake up to start the day./ My nose is a bit more sensitive when I wake up, so there arent many scents I like to have going that early. Osmanthus is a great scent any time of the year probably. But especially autumn/ early fall. / It's a balanced scent that promotes productivity and a bit of relaxation. I use it for both.I find osmanthus does something pleasant to my nervous system and helps me focus in a good way on light heartedness.A coil lasts 2.5-3 hours.My coils did not arive broken. The container they pack it in is very thick high quality cardboard. If the coil stack is handled without care, you may break small pieces off the outer edges of the coils. The coils do stick together as they are layered one inside the other to save space, but they can be pulled apart with care and it isnt that hard if you take your time to figure it out then it goes quicker.The tiny piece of coil you might find broken off the outer edge may reduce the burn time on that single coil by 10-30 minutes. Not bad if you still have 45-47 full unbroken coils. Try not to split hairs too muchTo conclude, I would discard most the negative reviews. These people simply aren't practicing enough patience. Perhaps they weren't in a place they could at the time.I want to buy lavender at some point.This incense is nice, I highly recommend it.

Tiny. Coils break apart easily, crumbles and goes out before coil is halfway burned. Poor quality for the price.

Sorry Not great
Does not smell like Lavender. Coils are on the brittle side. I have other ones from other vendors that top these by a long shot. Burn time is good. But I will not buy again.

Fragile, but fragrant
I really like this incense, and light it a couple hours before bed.However, there has been a handful of broken coils. They all came intact, but removing them from each other is a bit of a hassle sometimes, and has often left me with one of the coils breaking while separating them. I'm still trying to get the hang of it.But otherwise, perfect and slow burning. Really helps me with sleeping.

Nice value for the price
I use a lot of incense (mostly Japanese, in all price ranges) for meditation, healing, and just the pleasure of fragrance, and I've been trying various coil incenses as aromatherapy to help with sleep. I'm very pleased with this one. It has a pleasant, light floral fragrance with very little smoke, and the coils stay lit and burn for about three hours. It's not high end, but it doesn't smell or feel toxic like some other inexpensive incenses, and I can afford to burn these coils every day. The fragrance is subtle and probably best for a smaller or enclosed space. I love the beautiful packaging and that it comes with a brass holder. When I opened the package I found that short pieces of 1/2” or less had broken off the outer end of a few coils, but otherwise they were all intact. By holding the ends in the center of the coil I've been able to separate the pairs without issue. Overall I feel like I got good value for what I paid (about $14) and I'll be buying other fragrances in this line.
