Nicely fragranced soy candle.
I love this lavender candle in my bathroom. It is strongly scented, so I would recommend using a candle warmer on low or only burning it for an hour at a time. Trust me less is more.It came in a lovely and warm amber jar with sprinkles of lavender on the top & a wooden lid. It is nice to just enjoy a relaxing bath and the glow & aroma of a scented candle. And lavender is the scent to do that, although this came in a variety of scents, so you can choose one that suits you best.I have bought candles that were way more than this one for $10 that weren't as nice, so this is a pretty good value for the price. This one claims to have a burn time of 20 hours & cleaner burning soy-wax (which melts at lower temperatures than paraffin wax does). This would definitely make a great gift for someone who can appreciate & enjoy the relaxing scent.

Soy candle with lavender scent
The Ashlux Lavender Candle comes in a pretty container, and is perfect for gifting or keeping for yourself. I'm keeping mine for myself. The candle is made of soy, and comes in an amber colored jar. It promises a 20 hour burn time. The fragrance is light on this candle, so if very strong smells bother you, this will be the candle for you. It comes with a wooden lid as well, which you can use to snuff it out. I had just a little trouble locating the wick at first, as it had gotten pushed over, I guess when the wax was poured in. I just sort of used my lighter to soften the wax, and then I was able to see it and get it to come up properly so I could light it. If you don't see your wick immediately, just check around the center, since it may have been pushed over, but it is there. Lavender is not usually a scent I choose, but I wanted to try this, and I'm glad I did. It smells nice, but it's not overpowering, and it makes a welcome addition to my home.

Can’t help but smile at the quality and authenticity. Beautiful
Remove the lovely amber diamond-cut glass jar from the box, and you will notice that it feels good in your hand. There is no sharpness to the cut. The cover is designed to seal tightly, and it’s gently rounded to fit perfectly. Everything about it is smooth and satisfying. And this is even before you light the candle. When I did light it, I found it burned clean and somehow even smelled clean and fresh, definitely lavender, but not overloaded with scent. Yet the scent was there as soon as I opened the box. This is the sort of experience that you’d like to see when you put a little more money into a candle, but you don’t always get it.The bits of lavender scattered on the top of the creamy-white soy wax around the wick suggest authenticity and will make you smile if you’re into burning unprocessed scents. I have a mortar and pestle, many of us do, and use it to prepare dried fragrant flowers, herbs,, etc., to be burned as refreshing incense around the house. This is almost the same thing, and a lot less work! The lavender is indeed calming. Remember to trim the wick to 1/4” before each lighting, as suggested. Burning it for two hours the first time will help the wax to melt evenly. The manufacturer suggests putting out the flame by placing the lid on it. I use a candle snuffer, which keeps the lid from being charred or discolored. Just a thought. It’s such a beautiful little jar that it will be used for other things when the candle is gone. Which the manufacturer assures us won’t come until about 20 hours of burning. A quality product, and a good value.

Real lavender scent - beautiful candle
This Ashlyn lavender candle is lovely to look at and the scent is of real lavender. I happen to have lavender on hand and compared the scent. I used this under a candle lamp and my room was engulfed in lavender. It’s a tremendously relaxing scent.The price is incredible at just about 13$ for this beautiful candle. It may be a bit smaller than some but it sure packs a punch with scent. It looks lovely on my night stand.I think this candle is wonderful and would definitely recommend as well as purchase more. You can turn your bathroom into a spa with this candle. Or have a moment to yourself for some mindfulness as the scent is so soothing. I like the little bits of lavender sprinkled on the top of the candle. I don’t think they would be an issue if you burn this.I’m very happy with this candle it deserves 5 stars

Not a natural smell
The candle is beautifully presented in an amber glass jar with a bamboo lid.Unfortunately, I don’t like the scent. . It has a chemical smell versus a natural, lavender scent. When I left the room and reinterred, it smelled like perfume. When I extinguished the candle, the wick smell overpowered any other scent.It burns well, and the lavender leaves on the top of the candle didn’t ignite.This is lovely as a decorative piece.
