Solid, Large Display Case (but Mahogany = bright red)

[SHIPPING COMPLAINTS] Before I bought case I checked many of reviews. The company must have paid attention to poor reviews about not protecting case for shipping because was completely encased in Styrofoam inside shipping box. The shipping box actually had holes poked in it from handling and foam padding was enough to stop any damage reaching case. Shipping was great and case was quick to get to me.CASE COLOR: I would not consider this mahogany (or more red than brown end of spectrum). I have lots of teak and mahogany furniture and this is much brighter red in comparison. This is more likely to show scratches too. (If you don't want bright or black color then would recommend Walnut colored as more neutral color.)CASE CONSTRUCTION: Solid construction with glass just like it states in description. Case alone is 8.2 lbs. The flag triangle is NOT meant to detach from display box (description online does not claim to). BUT recommend not carrying (or mounting) by top flag case only as due to weight of case I have concerns that 2 different cases might start to separate?ENTIRE CASE IS ALSO VERY TOP HEAVY AND TALL WITH NARROW BASE. It does have triangle shaped loops on both top and bottom cases for attachment. I would NOT RECOMMEND SITTING ONLY ON ITS BASE as it feels if gets bumped will likely tip over. If going to let rest on bottom would still recommend using loops on back to secure in place against wall to stabilize case. If mounting on wall, I would definitely recommend finding wall stud due to weight AND using mounting pieces on BOTH flag and display cases at same time to distribute weight.INTERIOR: This was large case. Came with optional document holder and Velcro. (Without using document sleeve provided) you can fit (x2) letter sided documents length ways next to each other with about 3 inches space on top. Display case height is almost letter height sized. (If trimmed slightly would fit)PROTECT DELICATE PIECES: Back board of case is lined with black, velvet feeling material mounted on hard cardboard. There are cut outs for these back board pieces to fit snuggly in frame of sides. Back board pieces are held in place by VERY, VERY thin, small, plastic swivel arms that are meant to let you move to side and pull out back pieces. I've notice that these swivel pieces are screwed in VERY tightly. If you don't get back board pieces correctly inserted in frame cutout so back is flush with frame AND your pushing these very thin plastic arms over it while back is sticking out, then you're likely to break them as frame is stronger than plastic arms. Recommend loosening the screws on these swing arms if you plan to open display box several times to work on display inside. Then make sure back board pieces are inserted completely flush. THEN tighten swing arm screws in place when finished (rather than try to push them back and forth). I think this is where negative reviews on these breaking off may be coming from?
