Pretty realistic looking for an artificial agave!
Pleasantly surprised with the look of this plant! It has already fooled a few of my guests, who thought this was real!The size seems pretty close to what is advertised - the listing says it should be 12.6" wide and my plant is right around 12" (it could still stand to be "fluffed" a bit more.The only thing I didn't like about this plant was that it arrived with a powdery/"dust" like coating on the leaves - guessing maybe it was to keep the leaves from sticking together and getting damaged while in transit (??). Not sure, but it took a minute to clean it up, while I "fluffed" and arranged it.I always hesitate to order "fake" plants online and usually stick to just a couple very well known brands. There weren't any reviews available when I ordered this plant, so I carefully scrutinized the pictures and details in the listing and decided to take a chance on this one - and I'm glad I did! This is very nice quality and I think it is an excellent value for the money.

Large succulent! Great quality!
The faux succulent is larger than the pictures depict; I was very happy to see this. The overall quality of the plant is impressive. No odor on opening or weird plastic burs / melt spots. The leaves are bendable for repositioning and easy to "fluff" into the size and shape of your preference. The stem is thick and would stay in place well if placed in a pot.I don't know that I agree with the description in that this plant is "real touch" but it is visually stunning and well made all around.

Looks decently convincing, but it doesn’t take long to see that it’s plastic up close.
So this is more like a red agave than an aloe vera plant, just fyi. The actual color of the plant looks even better than in the photos. I adjusted my photos to look as much like they do in person as I could, but different screens may show colors differently. It’s more of a dark burgundy/maroon, which is closer to a real red agave than the bright red that’s in the product listing. The plant overall ALMOST nails the realism, but you really can tell it’s plastic if you look at the spines or other small details. Also, the listing makes it sound like you can point a hair dryer at this thing and bend the leaves into any shape, which got me kind of excited, but unfortunately it doesn’t quite work like that. It does help relax the plastic so it doesn’t stay all flattened from the packaging, but after that, the leaves aren’t all that shareable, they just kind of spring back to their normal position.. At the end of the day, the general shape and color are spot on, and if you want a faux agave plant but don’t need 1:1 realism, it will definitely do the job!

Looks real, good quality
This very large artificial succulent looks quite real. I put it in a stucco pot and put a few stones around the soil and it looks amazing on my deck. It was packaged extremely well it comes closed up with Velcro around it. You will want to open it take off the plastic and gently arrange the leaves down until you achieve a realistic look. It is very heavy and well-made and most importantly the coloration on the leaves makes it extremely realistic. Therefore I think that the value is very good. Yes there are lots of these cheap succulents that you can buy but I believe this one is worth the money. It even has slightly ridged edges like a real plant. I have lots of real plants but we do travel and I appreciate the no fuss no care of having a few artificial plants.

Open this outside
Was going to give this one star due to the overwhelming chemical sulfur smell that was nearly eye watering upon unboxing. The strong smell was so offensive and it permeated the entire house. Recommend to open the package outside. I threw it outside and left it there overnight. By morning it didn't smell as strong. I wanted to dislike it because of that experience, but when I fluffed it up and put it in the back corner of my desert yard, it looked so absolutely realistic and added such a nice pop of color in my pet cemetery corner of the dry yard that one died up loving it. I really like how it looks and the detail and variation in color is spot on for how the live plant looks. So the actual quality of the product took this from a one star smell to a four star review. That says a lot about how nice it looks.

On the fence, love the look not the price
Well made but to small, I really don't know what I expected as far as size but when it reads large I thought a little bigger then what it was. This plant had great coloring and is sturdy so I believe it will last a while. However, I did think it was a little pricey for the item, so I cant say it was great value for the money. I would love to have several of these plants just because they look very nice, but only if they were a little cheaper.
