Outstanding Product and Customer Service - couldn't be happier with these blinds.
1 Month after install: This are a must buy if you are even thinking about automated roller blinds. I rarely leave reviews but these are worth talking about and sharing my experience with others. I would break it down into pro's and con's, however, there are no con's for me to talk about so far.I wanted automated blinds for a new set of french doors (outswing) that we installed. I needed them to be big enough and long enough to fit in the door casing and they had to be reverse roll so they wouldn't catch on the door handle. Kincmo was one of a very short list that offered all of the features I needed. The amount to colors they offer is far greater than other brands on the market.So first impression was very good because I could customize the blinds to meet all of my needs. Cost was very competitive as well, coming at or below the price of other brands. They are custom so there is about a two week lead time for them to deliver and I felt that was reasonable.They delivered well packaged with no damage at all. They were very easy to install with their clip in system and the valance really looked sharp. The material is thick and of great quality. I purchased the blackout options and they completely block the light when down. One recommendation is to purchase the side light blockers, but be warned, you will sleep in if you don't set your alarm because your room will be pitch black.Quality of craftmanship was great and install was easy. I've fought with removing and installing other brands, but these were simple and effective. They fit the door exactly how I expected as well and do not interfere with the working of the door or the door handle at all.Ok as a bonus because honestly I didn't pay much attention to it, I found the rollability of the shades and the noise they create when operating were exceptional. These roll very smoothly and are very quiet. I have another brand shade in the window in this room and when we roll them up or down, there is a HUGE difference in the amount of noise they make when operating. I've had them up for about a month and I charged them before I hung them. I use them every day and have not had to charge them again - so battery life is very good so far.One last thing and I probably should have put this near the top, their customer service is absolutely amazing. They reached out to me immediately after ordering to confirm my measurements and features, to make sure there were no mistakes. Then, about a week after I installed them, they reached out again to check and see how everything was going and to seek feedback on the performance and quality of the blinds. They are super responsive, friendly and courteous.Conclusion: if you are looking for motorized roller shades for a room, look no further. You will not be disappointed with these and the customer service is amazing!

Great smart blackout blinds with excellent customer service
I purchased these Kincmo motorized blinds for a room that gets a lot of sunlight, and overall they have worked very well. They are truly 100% blackout, blocking light completely and improving privacy and temperature control.Installation was easier than expected, although accurate measurements are very important since they are custom-made. The remote control works perfectly, and the setup with Apple HomeKit was smooth. I also use them with Alexa, and voice commands respond reliably. The app is user-friendly and allows you to schedule opening and closing times, which is very convenient.The motor is quiet and the movement is smooth. The material feels durable and well-made, and the white color looks clean and modern.I also want to highlight the customer service. I had a question during setup, and their support team responded quickly and was very helpful, which made the experience even better.

Beautiful blinds, flawless operation, 10 star company support
The blinds are beautiful, constructed to perfectly fit my windows. Installation is easy, just 4 screws for a 36" wide window, connecting the shade to the "hardware" is simple. Their opening and closing operation with the 15 channel remote is smooth and flawless. Be aware if you are not tech savvy it is easy to order the wrong motors so seek advice. They are not easy to set up to Alexa voice controlled automation but with perseverance and flawless communication from Kincmo tech teams I got it done. This company rates 10 stars for responsiveness and interest in making sure the customer is happy.

Very Good Quality. Easy to install. Look Great.
I ordered my first blind in June 2025. It was customized to cover a very large picture window. I ordered a second blind in July 2025. Normally, I would have taken a "wait and see" approach before ordering a second unit, especially considering that these blinds are not cheap (more on that later). As a mechanical engineer, I am a critical judge of electromechanical devices so I don't get impressed easily. However, I was really impressed with the first blind. More so, I am easily annoyed when custom ordered items are difficult to specify and then arrive with manufacturing defects, and/or are damaged due to poor packing, and/or are difficult to install. My blinds were easy to order; arrived within days and in a flawless condition (which is remarkable for a custom product); and are well-designed. The installation instructions were straightforward and the blinds were easy to install. They blinds look and work great. The motor noise is not at all annoying or loud. IMO, the cost for these blinds is reasonable because you "get what you pay for" and these blinds seem to be of very good quality. Of course, it is too early to tell if the reliability is equally good, but given the good customer service that I have had so far, I am guessing that the company will be reasonable about any fixes needed in the future.
