It does an excellent job of protecting my furniture, especially from spills, pet hair, and dirt. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:Waterproof & Comfort: The cover is made from high-quality 100% waterproof polyester, and it lives up to its promise! It protects my recliner from liquids like water and beverages, which is a big plus for homes with kids and pets. The fabric feels cool to the touch and provides a comfortable feel when sitting on it. It's durable, and I can tell it’ll last for a long time.Protection: This cover is a great choice for anyone looking to keep their furniture safe from scratches, dirt, and pet hair. I have pets, so this cover is perfect for keeping my recliner looking brand new. Plus, it gives the couch a fresh new look, which is always a nice bonus.Fit & Design: The cover fits my loveseat recliner well, but I recommend measuring your couch carefully before purchasing, as there are specific measurements for the console and seat sizes. The separate console cover is a nice touch, allowing for a more customized fit.Stay in Place Design: While the cover features large non-slip particles to help it stay in place, I did notice that the elastic straps don’t do much to keep the cover secure, especially on leather furniture. The foam stick that comes with it works to tuck the excess fabric in, but I found that the cover still shifts around a bit during use. It’s not a huge issue, but I expected the straps to be a bit more effective.Drawback: One downside I encountered was that the cup holder piece didn’t fit my recliner because my cup holders are not removable. This is not the fault of the cover, but it’s something to consider if your recliner has built-in cup holders like mine.Ease of Care: The cover is easy to clean—either by hand washing or machine washing at a temperature below 30°C. It’s convenient, especially with pets around, as I can keep it clean without much hassle.Overall, I’m happy with the KinCam Recliner Loveseat Cover. This fits my 2 seat recliner sofa with a middle console pretty well. I purchased this since I have a cat that likes to sleep on this sofa. I can take it off to wash it. I think it also offers protection from the cats nails. The middle piece, where the cup holders are, does not really work because the cup holders are not removable. There is a piece for the back of this section, and it works fine. I do not use the bottom center section where the cup holders are.The directions for the straps that hold the cover in place are confusing. It came with 2 pieces that I could not figure out what their purpose is. I did not use them. Middle picture shows the 2 pieces that are supposed to be used on the straps to helpnhold it in place. Directions are not clear on how to use them.
I ordered this for a love seat that has storage and drink holders in the middle. It was fairly easy to install and fits nice. It also stays in place. I love the looks! My one suggestion would be for better installation instructions. I went to YouTube to see about how to install the middle portion but the only video I could find didn't cover that part. The guy actually said they preferred not to use that part so they didn't install it. I also didn't use the elastic straps at the lower portion of the couch backs. I just used the ones on the upper portion of the backs. I did this because when both straps were used, it looked too tight and seemed to pull the cover to one side. Overall, I would recommend this item!!
Great quality, washes nicely in washing machine. Easy to put on. The color is just as pictured/described. The brown matches well and looks great over our brown cloth couches. Holding up well with dogs, light weight but durable material.
The straps didn't fit,that being they tucked in nicely and stay put without the straps. They have a nice feel to them. Love the pockets! A good buy.
