Works with full length incense sticks and no ash spills! Arrived with no broken pieces, just some minor blemishes on the glass orb.This thing is too cool, I love it!(Worth noting that it is NOT purple, but mostly dark blue. It works so well though, and it is so well made, that I still had to give it 5 stars.)
first order came and the teeth and the ball was broke, replacement the same thing.
Looks more like a Teal color with a Cobalt Blue ball. Not really Purple. Very nice and sturdy!
I bought this for my 19 year old daughter who wanted a dragon incense burner. The first one I received came with the hand that holds the ball broken completely off, and the ball tumbling around in the package. I submitted a return and got another one. The second one still had the ball loose in the package (it was covered in glue that obviously isn’t working) but at least the hand was still intact.When my daughter opened it up fully and we were able to see it in the light we just kind of laughed. The paint job on it is so so bad. I mean, it is cheap, and it does hold intense after clearing out the incredibly tiny hold that no incense sticks would fit it at first. It was full of dust from drilling it. Most of the sticks I got for my daughter to burn (just regular wild berry incense) won’t fit in the hole. I’m hoping that some more finagling will fix that. I don’t think I’ll return it for another one. Well probably just call it a loss lol.
The first one arrived broken. The replacement arrived quickly but looks like it had been broken then “repaired” with glue. There are gobs of dried glue all over it. It also looks like it was painted by a 3 year old.

Item was already damaged when I received it. I super glued the crystal orb the dragon was holding. Overall I love dragons so I'm like oh well
