Great mirror overall

This is a really good product. It's getting harder and harder to find good products. You see good reviews but can't necessarily trust them as much anymore.But after buying one, I bought two more. This mirror, while a little heavy, is well built and very stylish. What helps with the weight of this mirror is the supplied hardware and how the mirror hangs. The brackets this uses are far superior to a screw in an anchor on the wall. Gives it a much sturdier, easier and forgiving installation process.Even the packaging is well thought out, easy to open and put it back in if you need to return it. I just bought another mirror that wasted so much packaging and was difficult to return, so I appreciate the thought that went into simplifying this mirror with both installation and packaging.

Very well made, easy to install, and super upscale looking!

I recently removed our builder grade bathroom and wanted to trade it for (2) 24x36 framed mirrors. What drew me to this mirror was the fact that it is inset, that the frame is a thicker metal, and that the hanging mechanism is a french cleat. I absolutely hate hanging wall mirrors by those little hangers on the sides, because I can never get them exact. So this mirror is PERFECT!It is super easy to hang. I recommend using a laser leveler and running it through the center of the hole markers on the included guide since there are 2 french cleats. Also, if you are trying to install the mirror halfway between the light fixture and the countertop back/top of faucet, be sure to add 2 inches to top measurement to allow for the shift due to french cleats. In my bathroom, there was 46.7" between the bottom of the light fixture and the top of the countertop. Minus 36" for the mirror left me with just over 10". I divided by 2, leaving 5", and then added 2". So, I drilled my holes 7" below the bottom of the light fixture. I should add that it came with wall anchors, but I always use my own. So, I can't speak on the quality of the anchors.One of the best purchases that I have made all year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great mirror and great customer service

Let me say first that I've never left a review on a product before, but they were so helpful when I had issues with my mirror that I felt like I should.The mirror itself is great, it feels quality and has a bit of heft to it, but not too heavy. The aluminum frame feels sturdy and the mounting it comes with is great too and easy to install.When I first put my mirror up, I noticed it had some brown spots/scratches on it that I couldn't remove. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. They first suggested a few ways to try and clean the spots off and told me to contact them again if I had any issues. I unfortunately wasn't able to remove the spots and when I told them, they immediately apologized and said they would send another unit at no additional cost. The new mirror came and it's perfect, no issues at all.The peace of mind alone makes purchasing this mirror worth it, if you have any issues there's no need to worry about not being able to contact customer service or not being able to receive a replacement, and there's no hassle of having to ship back the old mirror. Couldn't recommend this product more!
