These rods aren't just pretty looking, they're also really well made. The rods themselves are thick enough to feel solid without any sag, especially when dealing with the longer length. They adjust easily and were simple to install. The components for mounting are all well made, and everything went smoothly while putting it all together. Instructions were simple and the whole thing was a good experience.
Very sturdy, beautifully made, works perfectly on my dining room windows! Easy to install. I have tried others that say they will hold both a heavy drape and a thinner one, but this is much sturdier and much more elegant looking. We are very pleased with it and guests have immediately noticed and commented on it.
These really are the best curtain rods. I tried others and they don't even compare. These ones are super heavy duty and have layers of poles that keep it from collapsing on the weight of the curtains. Unless you are doing a small window like pictured, you want to use all of the brackets to hold them up because the rods are heavy. These are a deep black in color and look sleek. True to size and length. For my living room windows I did one large curtain rod and it works phenomenally. Love this product!

We installed two kamanina branded double 1 inch curtain rods from about a month ago - One for our Slider Door in our Living Room and another for our Basement's Slider Door. Our house is newly constructed so we decided to do Window Treatment ourselves to save some money. They arrived in 2 days via Prime Shipping. Their build quality is very good for the money ($40 per curtain rod) - similar products at Home Depot or Lowes usually cost double this amount.Installing was where this got a little tricky. You do not need a professional installer for this job BUT if you are not particularly handy, it would help to do this with someone who is above average when it comes to handy/tool skills(a friend or family member) otherwise you can do some real permanent damage to your walls if you truly don't know what you're doing -- I had a good childhood friend of mine who is much handier than I am at home tasks help me out (Make sure you buy them some cookies after!). It's not particuarly difficult, but I would proceed with caution if you're a true handy novice - learning from someone else will give you confidence to install on your own!Important:Make sure that you know before you drill any pilot holes whether there are studs or not behind where you will be drilling. Make sure you use the dry wall anchors if there are no studs! This will tremendously make a difference in securing the hooks to hold heavy weighted curtains (8-10 lbs per panel). Also, we used different screws that what was provided in the curtain installation kit for the curtain rods. You will probably get by fine with the nails in their curtain kit if you're only hanging medium or small weighted curtains but if you're planning on hanging heavy ones - go to a local hardware store and get longer and more sturdy black nails.The final product itself looks fantastic and great. In terms of sturdiness, if you install these correctly, these should serve you well for several years to come. It saved us a bunch of money as opposed to going to a professional installers as many Window Treatment companies charge an arm and a leg. Good buy!
Went with the double rods over the single for a fantastic layered look and expanded configuration options. Paired these with Kamanina's Decorative Curtain Drapery Holdbacks also in antique bronze. Curtains: SpaceDresser Sheer Voile Window Treatment Rod Pocket Curtain Panels Burnt Orange, Topfinel Olive Green Velvet Curtains 84 Inches, Pickluc Blackout Curtains 84 Inches Long Mustard Yellow and Nieffeiy 2 Pack Magnetic Curtain Tiebacks Beige. It all came together beautifully. The curtain rods were easy to install. The darker color provides a subtle accent with the finials framing the line.
