Wonderfully packaged!
The frame was impeccably packaged inside a strong box. There were corner protectors and protective peelable plastic on all surfaces. They included extra screws, adhesive strips for hanging, a small screwdriver and even a level! It was easy to put together and looks beautiful. Be very careful to wipe the inside surfaces with a microfiber cloth. I thought I had cleaned it thoroughly but there was still a small piece of lint inside. Also, I wore nitrile gloves while putting it together so as not to put fingerprints on it.

More complete a kit than I expected
I have never used an acrylic edgeless frame before so I didn't know exactly what to expect. I thought I would get two pieces of plexiglass and something to attach the pieces to sandwich the picture. I had wondered how I would keep the certificate from slipping around between the plexiglass and wondered how I would mount it to the wall.But this frame came with everything I needed. A screwdriver to tighten the screws that hold the plexiglass pieces together, 6 screws (2 extra as I guess people lose them?), two rubbery clear sticky ovals, 4 adhesive strips that easily pull off the wall, and a tiny bubble level.The two rubbery clear sticky ovals solved the problem of the certificate sliding around. They adhere to the back plexiglass piece and are just thick enough to create pressure on the certificate without marring or damaging the back of the certificate. The pressure of the two pieces of glass and the rubbery surface of the ovals keeps everything in place.The wall adhesive strips are made so that they stick to just about anything and hold the frame firmly to the wall. But the adhesive strips peel off if the pressure is in the direction to lift off the wall. The strips have two sides are velcro on one side... one side attaches to the frame and one to the wall making it easy to remove the frame for dusting or cleaning.All in all I am surprised that it came as a complete kit that I didn't have to go to the store to get hangers or anything to solve the problem of the certificate moving inside the frame.The plexiglass pieces had a thick film attached that needs to be peeled off. And all of it came in a sturdy cardboard package that protected it in shipping.
