This area rug is beautiful. After you open it: go outside and give it a good "shaking out". This removes the loose fibers. It will shed just a little when new but not for long. The clear non-slip backing works very well. Takes a couple days to lay flat on floor. Don't get a fabric rug with a rubber edge...looks cheap. Perfect width to allow the door to open. Love it. Hal
This rug gives a nice rustic feel to any space and can serve multiple areas, I personally have been using it in my kitchen and I have zero complaints. The bottom side is finished with rubber so it stays in place and doesn't shift around, the materials are high quality and durable, and the folds come out very easily. Overall great product and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new rug.
I love this beautiful jute runner that ticks all the boxes! It’s soft, has a very low-profile, it’s nicely edged all around, any fold marks came out very quickly, and was a great price. Icing on the cake is the non-slip backing, so no rug grips or tape required (which always quickly lost its grip because of the jute dust).I love jute, but it can be hard to find a good one given most are very bulky/thick and they put down so much dust. My runner is in front of a long sliding door, and my dining chairs back up to it, so a thick rug makes moving the chairs difficult - but this one is perfect. My cats love to sharpen their claws on rugs (of course - sigh) but so far it’s withstood all that. I’m planning to buy another to have ready when this one is inevitably destroyed (through no fault of its own) by the cats.

This is such a cool mat! For one thing, it’s quite thin and flexible - it has instructions for getting the creases out but it didn’t even need them, I set it on the floor and a day later it looks great. It looks very high quality, and I set it inside my back door. The mat itself is a good size, perfect for the space. It’s also quite soft and doesn’t have pieces sticking out at all. All in all this has been a great mat for our door and I’m thrilled to have it.
