Very easy installation, done in less than 10 minutes. Just gotta make sure the measurements are all correct. Looks exactly like the photos. Blocks out the sunlight very well. The mechanism to move the blinds up and down is pretty sturdy-feeling. Good value for the money, as something like this elsewhere would have probably cost 2 or 3 times more.
Love the look the fit is better than was stated, there is about 3/16 of an inch on each side that is smaller than the header, the result less light being around the shade. I have a very large window so am using two side by side hang perfectly. The reason I got these was the insulating quality and one large one was way to much money, the window they are in is on the east side of a mountain home in the summer way to much sun and heat in early morning, in the winter the cold is unbearable coming in this window, the replacement cost of this window is just not in my budget. So what I can say is the morning sun did not over heat the room this AM, these are installed behind shears and darkening curtains (told you window was bad) so thes are the first layer of protection. There was some heat between the shade and the shears but no heat on the room side of the curtain ( this is normally so hot you can hardly touch it) think the summer problem is solved, we’ll see if it works as well in the winter. So now my complaint the screws are just crap, when are the manufacturers going to understand we use power tools, stripped the heads on two screws before switching to a hand screw driver…. You are warned! I have told you a story about three layers all of which is inside the window, frame is very deep and still tight getting it all in, make sure you measure the depth of your window frame it might make a difference especially if you have other window treatments. I think these are some thing most people will be happy, the install was a snap except the screws.
Product was super easy to put up, I had both up in less then 30 minutes. In this Michigan winter they definitely help keep the cold out. Great idea for simple privacy and light blocking.
Fit as advertised. All advertised parts included. Excellent black out ability. Easy to install, but I could not figure out how to attach the little plastic handle for raising and lowering the shade. I did not find that it was needed so I left it off. It works fine. The rubber pads for the side had very little adhesion. I'm not sure that it is actually rubber. This did not affect my ability to use the shade.
Love love love this blind!! Our neighbor has a backyard light that is always on and shines into our kitchen. So easy to assemble and install. I’m 5’2 and I was able to install it over kitchen sink by myself. The ability to move it up and down is really easy. Highly recommend!
Awesome blinds and so easy to install, my wife and I will be buying more in the future.
The rubber pad adhesive will not stick. I had a feeling it was going to be under the head too good to be true.
