Even more beautiful in person.

Absolutely beautiful. Romantic, country-ish, not as much Boho to me as they are sweet and grandmotherly with a playful twist. The beige linen fabric makes them rustic, the tiny flowers makes them whimsical, and the two vertical strips of lace down the middle of each panel makes them elegant and femininely romantic. To me, they are the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted really gorgeous, beautiful drapes and curtains like everybody does, but when your fabric is too beautiful and fancy and expensive, it makes your furniture look quite shabby. Because I have garage sale furniture, these curtains, elevate the look of everything in my house and tie the rugs together with the furniture and the wall color. Beige goes with every color you can imagine. they are quite the perfect curtain I have to say. Having said that, I did have to wash my hands after touching them because I believe they are treated with something that probably makes them insect proof, but it doesn’t feel good on my skin. I don’t dare to wash these before using them. I’m afraid of shrinkage. I’m just gonna put them up and forget about them after I wash my hands. In addition, my walls are a horrible gray color that makes me sad and depressed just to look at it, but I can’t paint my walls because this place doesn’t belong to me. I never imagined putting up these curtains would completely eliminate the depressing factor of the gray walls, For some reason, the gray makes the beige look, buttery and rich and warm and beautiful, and these drapes make the gray look almost powdery blue. They really have transformed a very sad space into a very sweet and welcoming environment. And they look just gorgeous next to artwork and plants.

These are a little darker beige than I thought they would be, but very pretty little curtains. The darker beige actually works well on hot sunny days because they are less light-filtering than a lighter color. I was looking for a "prairie" or "boho" esthetic and this is easier on the wallet while giving me the look I want. I use them for window curtains vs shower curtains.
