This was a great purchase! The carpet was very well made and heavy enough that I can even vacuum it without sucking into my vacuum. I bought this to go over carpet in my bedroom at the foot of my bed, it moves around d a bit but it looks fantastic.
This rug is beautiful! When I saw the fiber was man-made and not wool I was very skeptical. I'm replacing a hand tooled wool rug that is very high quality. It just doesn't match our newly renovated dining room. This rug is perfect. Changed from a formal dining room to more of a farmhouse feel. This rug works beautifully with black and white buffalo plaid, black and white gingham, or black and white pillow ticking fabrics. Added bonus- I saved $110 (on 8'x10') purchasing it through Amazon versus a department store! Can't beat that! Great value :)
I didn't expect thick, I knew I would have to put a pad under it, but this is really thin.It's very pretty design-wise, and the labeling was/top notch. I can't help but think, had they put the same kind of quality into the rug as they did in the labeling...I ordered the 2x10 size because I wanted a runner that went in front of sink & stove. Maybe it being so thin, it will be easy to clean, and I will update this if so.

UPDATE: Bought the rugs in August of 2021 and today is December 17th. Edges of rugs are not wearing well where we walk the most (two adults live here and 1 pet who is an old lab). Rugs are looking fuzzy where the threads are at the edges and a little bit of one corner of the runner. The centers of the rugs are still perfect. Bought extras so as these 1st ones begin to look awful, we will replace since the colors and style are exactly what we wanted and we couldn't find anything else we liked better. Took 1 star away.Just beautiful and all 3 rugs (runner, 3x5 and 8 x10) are soft. Colors are navy, ivory, silver/grey and a light, shimmery blue. Pattern is not too busy but colorful. We have been looking since January for rugs that are soft, traditional looking (without distressing) in these colors. We are not fans of distressed rugs. Also, the rugs are not thick like wool rugs. We had to have something thin that would go under our front, metal door. We can only use the thinnest pad underneath the 3x5 rug or the door won't open. We are putting thicker pads underneath the runner and the 8x10. The rugs and the colors of our decor look fabulous together. We couldn't be happier. If the rugs wear well, we will be happy for many years to come.
