Buttery soft, beautiful muted colors

I purchased the 5’ round area rug with a cream background with shades of rusty brown and green. The colors are muted and very pretty. Its a rug that can be an accent to many different rooms of my home. It is buttery soft to step on and non-slipping. It seems like it will be easy to wash and hang dry. I’m pleased with the purchase and the quality is as expected. I am a budget shopper but, I want quality items at a good price and this rug fits the bill.

Fantastic for kids

Our chairs were scratching the wood despite having the felt bottoms attached so I began looking for a rug. With the space it had to be a lighter rug, and with kids it had to be washable. This was not even a option for us. Most rugs I found at 8ft were incredibly expensive and out of price range. I came across this one and ordered it PRAYING it was going to work. It came a bit wrinkled but according to the instructions it was going to smooth out on its own. A few days later it lays completely flat. It’s beautiful! I had to do the big test of what will it look like when my children knock over their cups. It repelled the water and nothing seeped through to my floor. HUGE WIN! I was able to blot off the excess water and leave it to dry with zero moisture sitting on my wood floors. It did take a little while to dry, but this didn’t bother me more than it would having to remove this massive rug for every single spill. This morning I noticed there was some red hot sauce that had been dropped on the rug, I know we had not had anything like that for at least 4 days. I grabbed a wet sponge (no soap) and started rubbing the stain out effortlessly. I am SOLD! I can’t imagine what it will do in the washer. An added bonus I found is the rubber backing. I didn’t want a rug pad under my table for multiple reasons, mainly because of the chairs. It stays in place on its own and I love it. It’s VERY this but so soft under foot. I got the matching 8x10 for my living room but I did get a rug pad as I want a cushioned feel for a more cozy area. I will undoubtedly be getting more when I can afford to. Over all, yes! I really wanted a ruggable or tumble rug but now I’m wondering why I would ever pay those prices when this has been exactly what I was looking for and half the cost. This is not paid, I just really like my rug. I want to see these types of reviews before I make purchases.

Very nice looking, but more of a mat than a rug

I got this for my laundry room, as it's the cut through from the garage to the rest of the house and I was sick of tracking in dirt/dust.The 2' x 5' size is perfect for my space, and I've put it down on laminate. It doesn't slide around excessively, but moves easy enough if you want to readjust it.Really my only gripe about this is that it's not really a rug. It's more of a rug-look mat. Which is fine for this! But if you are looking for a higher pile/plush rug this is not for you. It does say thin in the title after all, but really I'd still be more inclined to call it a mat.Anyway, still pretty good quality! It was folded rather than rolled, and there were a few creases but the ends were never curled. It seems to have the creases mostly out already after a few days of light traffic. I haven't tried to vacuum it yet, but if it is difficult to vacuum, I'll probably just shake it off outside, as I can't imagine too much will be able to get embedded given the low pile.Definitely worth it for the low price :)

Stands up to 7 kids + pizza

Stains come out pretty easily with stain spray (we use OxiClean Max Force laundry stain remover) and a wet rag. We had three-day-old pizza stains on this white rug and it all came out effortlessly except for one area which probably needs to just sit with some spray on it.I’m still having the fold lines even after a month, so I bought some double sided rug tape to see if securing it down would help. We have a large, heavy wooden table and I notice that the fabric can bunch up if we slide it. It’s also challenging to slide the bench and chairs, but, again, maybe tape would solve that.It’s surprisingly soft (think like the lining of a skiing jacket).We typically put a rug pad under our rugs, but skipped it with this one in case the waterproof backing didn’t hold up.We haven’t tried washing it because I’m having great success with just spot cleaning it.It’s the middle of winter and we have a ton of muddy boots clomping on it and, oddly, there aren’t any stains or discoloration from that.When vacuuming, I have to set my vacuum to the highest setting even though it’s very low pile. Maybe the carpet tape would fix this, too, but I read another review that said that the rug can separate from the backing and now I’m paranoid about that happening. But! Since it’s so low pile, nothing gets stuck in it, which is a win since it’s under our kitchen table.One of my kids tipped over his entire water glass and, I wish I had taken a picture of this, the whole thing pooled on top of the rug and the droplets beaded up. It didn’t soak in at ALL and the fabric seemed almost hydrophobic so it was easy to clean up. Maybe that’s why mud doesn’t stain it? Hmm.The light color looks fantastic in our house. I had a design guy tell us that if you have dark floors and a dark table that you should have a light rug to make the table “pop” and this rug sure does the trick. My friends think I’m crazy for having a light colored rug with kids, but so far, I'm impressed and would recommend.

Thin and tarp-like

Very thin/tarp-like. I was expecting this to have a soft, fuzzy feel like most washable rugs I have purchased. But it has a stiff, canvas, tarp like feel and it’s very very thin. It lays more like a piece of fabric on my floor than a rug.
